- Check Hot Tub upon arrival.

- If the Hot Tub needs to be drained and refilled go ahead and start the draining process. Start the refill as soon as possible mostly after the first 10 minutes of your cleaning.

- If the water is disgusting take a photo in the Turno App

- If the Hot Tub just needs the normal tidy up and chemicals you can wait and complete later or right then.

Standard Turnovers - Every Clean

- Use the Spa Vac to suction dirt and debris on the bottom(while jets are off so you can see).

- Use Skimmer Net to remove floating debris.

- If any ring around the water line use a cloth to wipe away(usually when the hot tub will need to be drained and refilled).

- If there seems to be excessive clean looking bubbles use Hot Tub Clarifier and/or Foam Down. We can discuss the threshhold.

- Ensure Bromine Tabs are full and the bromine feeder is open(approx 1 inch).

- Shock Hot Tub while jets are running.

- Check water levels are sufficient. Add some water if necessary.

- Larger Hot Tubs - Full cap of Shock.

- Smaller Hot Tubs - Half Cap of Shock.

- Ensure temperature is on 101 during the Summer Months and 98 any other time.

- Take a photo of the Hot Tub water in the Turno App.

- Hot Tubs need to be drained once a month or as necessary if the water is dirty.

Drain and Fill Process

- Flip Breaker off for the Hot Tub.

- Place Sump Pump in the Hot Tub to drain the old water.

- Wipe out the top of the Hot Tub using towel or sometimes a kitchen pad if stubborn ring around the waterline.

- Once the old water is drained out, with the Sump Pump still draining, spray out the inside of the Hot Tub well before removing the Sump Pump.

- Remove Sump Pump and Fill the Hot Tub.

- Keep and eye on the water level so you don't overflow when refilling.

- Come back outside as the water nears capacity.

- Great time to suction any loose debris on the bottom or use the skimmer net for top debris.

- Once filled, flip the breaker back on. Give a minute and ensure the Pumps are running and the heat is set to correct temperature.

- Add Alkalinity to new water - 2 capfuls for small hot tubs and 3 cap fulls for large hot tubs. 1 capful at Amazing Grace Cabin.

- Fill Bromine Tabs as normal. Ensure the feeder is open to 1 inch or so.
