If you or your guests stay at the cabin we will still have to charge a cleaning fee, at a slightly reduced rate than vacation rental guests. One issue I have found is that many housekeepers despise going in after owner stays because how the property is left. Please keep in mind the property still needs to be left in good condition as you will find it when you arrive. Housekeping charges for having to wash dishes, excessive cleaning, pet hair on furniture or bedding, etc. This can place a major time constraint on our staff.
